Ben's Trips
The following is a list of social paddles put together by Ben Hawthorne

New trips to be arranged look out for details

We are just a group of friends going for a social paddle,
these are not coach led trips.

You must be responsible for your own safety and carry a first aid kit
and basic rescue equipment.

These are trips for those who are competent on moving water
and confident in a capsize situation.

You must be able to assist any member of the group who finds themselves
in difficulty without putting yourself and/or others at unnecessary risk.

You must be self-sufficient in remote locations,
and its going to be cold so come prepared.

If you want to bring a coach along this is fine
but you are the responsibility of that coach.

If you are under 18 years old, you must have an adult who is prepared to look after you,  and you will be the responsibility that adult. You must have the permission of your parents.

And finally, if you don't understand/can't comply with any of the above conditions, this is not a trip for you, sorry.
